What are your opening times ?

Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Can I Pay when I collect ?

Yes.

Do your Prices include VAT ?

How long will my order take ?

Print orders are normally 24 hours. Canvas Wraps and Black Blocks are normally 48+ hours

Can I change my order after I have sent it ?

No

How do I know if you got my order ?

You will receive an email saying we have your order.

How will I know when my order is ready ?

You will receive an email saying  your order is ready.

What Colour Profile do I use ?

sRGB

What file type do you except ?

JPEG - 8 bit - Saved Baseline (Standard). *Fast upload speeds

  PSD- * CAN NOT BE ORDERED ONLINE.

  TIFF- 8bit. - No image compression - IBM PC -  * Very slow upload speeds.

How many pixels do I need ?

We print at 300dpi for best quality although we can print lower for some services.

We will tell you when you order if the file size is too small.

How much sharpening do I apply?

C41s doesn't apply any sharpening. Files must be  pre-sharpened in your image editing software before submission for printing. (we have a free setup print and file to check your images to our output)

Can I order a non standard size ?

Yes, please chose 'Non standard size prints' when you order and type the size in the 'Comments / Notes' section of the customer details page.

What is Desktop Kiosk ?

A free software download you can use on your computer to order prints with C41s.

This makes it much simpler to order large numbers of different sizes picture and then upload the whole order in one. (You can only order photographic prints with this software) ?

Do you offer film processing and printing ?

Yes, we offer film processing and printing in store please call for more information and a full price list.

How many years has C41s been trading?

Over 20 years in Brook Street in Chester, before moving to Ellesmere Port in July 2009.

Is C41s a member of a trade orginisation ?

Yes, C41s is a member of the Photo Marketing Association International (PMA) and the Digital Imaging Marketing Association.
